This Privacy Policy describes Sky Innovo’s policies and procedures on the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of information of the app users with respect to the use of the Service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the app users' rights of privacy. Sky Innovo’s use of the app user's personal data shall be for the sole purpose of providing and improving the service.

Acceptance of the Privacy Policy

You accept to be bound by this privacy policy by using the Service (referred to herein as the “Service” or the “Application” or the “Website”), by accessing the Application, website or by signing up for the creation of an account on the Application or on the website.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

• Account means the account created for you (app user/website user) to access our service or parts of our service.
• Affiliate is referred to as Sky Innovo’s parent company, subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or any other entities that are controlled by or are under common control of Sky Innovo, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest, or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
• Application or Website refers to the software program provided by Sky Innovo.
• Company (referred to herein as either "the Company" or Sky Innovo CR Number 198008 (headquartered at Office Number 4, Fifth Floor, Building Number 1, Business Park, Park St West, Plot Number 17, El Sheikh Zayed City.)
• Device means any device used to access the Service, such as a cellphone or a digital tablet.
  Personal Data is any personally identifiable information that relates to You (App User/website user), which shall include but shall not be limited to “your name, email address, phone number, payment method, etc.” that is voluntarily provided by You (“App User/Website User”) in relation to the use of the “Service.”
• Service refers to the application and/or the website.
• Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of Sky Innovo. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by Sky Innovo to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service, or to assist Sky Innovo in analyzing how the Service is used. Sky Innovo’s service providers are obligated to handle personal data consistent with this Privacy Policy and according to Sky Innovo’s instructions.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated using the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit, browsing history, search history, interactions in relation to the Service, crash data, performance, etc.).

Applicable law: means all applicable laws and regulations in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and in accordance with the provisions of Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

You agree that while using the Service provided by Sky Innovo or any of its affiliates, business partners, or any third parties employed by Sky Innovo to facilitate the Service, you may be required to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. • Account Information: all information required for account sign-up, such as email address, physical address, phone number, verification email or phone number, national ID number, username, etc.
• Payment Information. Data about your billing address and method of payment, such as bank details, credit, debit, or other payment card information.

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of the Service visited by you, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

You agree that Sky Innovo or any of its affiliates, service providers, or business partners shall collect certain information automatically when you access the service through a mobile device, including, but not limited to, the following:

• Type of the mobile device used by you.
• Your mobile device's unique ID,
• Your mobile device IP address,
• Your mobile operating system,
• Type of your used mobile Internet browser, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

You agree that Sky Innovo or any of its affiliates, authorized business partners, or any third party employed by Sky Innovo to facilitate the Service may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit the Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device.

Information Collected while Using the Application or the Website

You agree that while using Sky Innovo’s Application/Website, the following information may be required from you in order to provide features of the Application/Website, including but not limited to:

• Geo-Location Information: This includes access to and permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the application/website, to provide location-based services regarding your location.
• Mobile Device Data Access: which may include pictures and other information from your device's camera and photo library.

The above information shall be used to provide features of or to improve and customize the Service. This information may be uploaded to Sky Innovo servers or any of its affiliates' and/or its service provider's servers, or it may be simply stored on your device.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time through your device settings; however, disabling access to certain information may lead to failure to fully and properly provide you with the required services or respond to any of your required requests.

Use of your Personal Data

You agree that the use of your personal data is necessary to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience, and you agree that Sky Innovo or any of its affiliates, business partners, or any third parties employed by Sky Innovo to facilitate or improve, or enhance the service shall be entitled to use your personal data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Service, including monitoring the usage of the service.
• Process Your Transactions: To process transactions, Sky Innovo must collect data such as your name, purchase, and payment information.
• To manage your account: to manage your registration as a user of the service. The personal data you provide can give you access to different functionalities of the service that are available to you as a registered user.
• To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products, or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
• To provide you with news, special offers, and general information about other goods, services, and events that we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or inquired about, unless you have opted not to receive such information.
• To manage your requests: To attend to and manage your requests or suggestions to Sky Innovo.
• Feedback review and problem solving: to request feedback about your use of the service and troubleshoot all problems encountered in relation to the use of the service.
• Comply with any applicable laws: To comply with any applicable laws or regulations or governmental decisions, for example, to satisfy tax or reporting obligations, or to comply with a lawful governmental request.
• For other purposes: We may use your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, and evaluating and improving our service, products, services, marketing, and your experience.

Retention of your Personal Data

You agree that Sky Innovo should be entitled to retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy. Sky Innovo shall retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

You agree that Sky Innovo may also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen security or to improve the functionality of the service, or Sky Innovo is under a legal obligation to retain this data for longer time periods.

Transfer of your Personal Data

You agree that your information, including personal data, is processed at the Sky Innovo 's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located, which in turn means that this information may be transferred to—and maintained on—computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy, followed by your submission of such information, represents your approval of the transfer of your personal data and information.

Sky Innovo warrants that it shall take all reasonably necessary measures to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place, including the security of your data and other personal information.

Delete your Personal Data

You are entitled to update, amend, or delete your information at any time by signing in to Your Account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings section that allows you to manage your personal information.

You agree and acknowledge that Sky Innovo shall reserve the right to retain certain information for the purpose of compliance with a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so, and such information or data shall not be subject to deletion or amendments.

Disclosure of your Personal Data

You agree that Sky Innovo should be entitled to share and disclose your personal information in the following situations:

• With Service Providers: Sky Innovo may share your personal information with service providers to monitor and analyze the use of the service.
• For business transfers: Sky Innovo may share or transfer your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
• With its affiliates, Sky Innovo may share your information with its affiliates, in which case, Sky Innovo shall require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or other companies or any other entities that are controlled by or are under common control of Sky Innovo.

• Marketing Communications: Sky Innovo may share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, as permitted by the applicable laws and regulations in force.

You acknowledge that Sky Innovo shall not be held liable or responsible for any unlawful actions or misconduct of any unauthorized third parties with whom you share personal or sensitive data, and Sky Innovo shall have no authority to manage or control unauthorized third-party solicitations.

In case you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from third parties, you shall be responsible for contacting the third party directly without any further liability on Sky Innovo in this regard.

Law Enforcement

Under certain circumstances, Sky Innovo may be required to disclose your personal data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

Other Legal Requirements

Sky Innovo shall be entitled to disclose your personal data in cases where such action is necessary to:

You hereby agree and acknowledge that any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, Sky Innovo shall not guarantee complete security with respect to your personal data.

Security Policy for Children

The service relating to this privacy policy shall not be available nor shall it be addressed to anyone under the age of 13. Sky Innovo does not collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided Sky Innovo with personal data, please contact us.

If Sky Innovo becomes aware of the collection of personal data from anyone under the age of 13 without obtaining verification from the parents, Sky Innovo proceeds with taking all necessary steps to remove that information from the servers and proceed with requesting verification of the provided information or data from the parent.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

You agree that this Privacy Policy may be subject to any future alterations or modifications or changes by Sky Innovo. In this case, Sky Innovo shall notify you of any changes by mail or by flagging the Privacy Policy on the Application/Website as updated.

Sky Innovo shall inform you via email and/or a prominent notice on the application of the Service in a timely manner prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on the Service Application/Website.
