Park St. West

Park St. West in Sheikh Zayed was constructed by Sky Contracting, the contracting arm of Sky Investments Holding. BVLGARI OCEAN MANSIONS

DUBAI, UAE

An exclusive collection of seven ultra-luxury waterfront villas on Jumeirah Bay Island, delivered with exceptional craftsmanship and design integrity. Innovo Group is the main contractor, responsible for full construction, MEP, marine engineering, landscaping, and infrastructure works, including utilities, district cooling, electrical and telecom networks. Extensive coastal and piling works were executed to create bespoke over-water residences within a highly sensitive marine environment.

GHAF WOODS

DUBAI, UAE

Ghaf Woods is a forest living community targeting LEED Gold, WELL Gold, and WiredScore certifications, featuring eco-friendly design and a dedicated tree nursery with 30,000 native trees. Innovo Group is the main contractor, delivering construction, MEP, and infrastructure works, including advanced cooling and electrical systems, utility networks, and smart safety management through the In Safe HSE dashboard.

SIX SENSES THE PALM

DUBAI, UAE

A LEED-certified luxury development on Palm Jumeirah comprising 233 keys, including hotel rooms, penthouses, sky villas, and signature villas. Innovo Group is the main contractor for this Select Group project, delivering construction, MEP works, procurement, lighting design, and landscaping. Designed with world-class amenities and sustainable practices, the development sets a new benchmark for luxury branded hospitality in Dubai.

NORTH COAST, EGYPT

Soul is a luxury beach resort overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, located 30 kilometers from Marassi on Egypt’s North Coast and spanning 580 acres of prime coastal land. The development introduces a distinctive master-planned community centered on beach mansions and residences, seamlessly connected to their natural surroundings, offering unrivaled sea views and an elevated coastal lifestyle.

ST. REGIS RESIDENCES

DUBAI, UAE

Two art deco-inspired towers in the Opera District of Downtown Dubai, comprising 230 residences with 360-degree views. Innovo Group is responsible for the construction and MEP works for this luxury development, reflecting the history and hospitality of the St. Regis brand.

CAIRO, EGYPT

Construction and infrastructure work for The Peak, a new phase in Uptown Cairo, comprising 139 villas across 170,000 sqm. Innovo is responsible for construction, infrastructure, façade works, and landscaping for this Emaar Misr development.
